Today I received a top I ordered from berrylook after a month of waiting. It was much too small even though it is the size I normally wear. There are no instructions for exchanging or returning the merchandise.

The BerryLook Returns and Exchanges policy is stated on the company official website. According to it, you can return your product(s) within 30 days of receipt.

It should be in its original packaging, not used, not damaged. You should send the product back to the company to
FASHIONICON TRADING LIMITED 181 Queen’s Road Central, Grand Millennium Plaza Room 1501 Hong Kong.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. BerryLook will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. Please note that final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item. You must email BerryLook a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.
