I HAVE received numerous emails asking for same info, I just want my refund please.

As far as I know, nothing has happened. I returned 3 items, I gave received numerous emails ask for info I have sent over & over. I just want to be refunded for $ 59.00, for the items I returned.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

BerryLook Cons: Cheap material, I cannot get through to customer service, Can never get a hold of anyone in customer service, Poor customer service.
