I ordered 3 blouses and what looked like a nice pair of leather boots. The order took many weeks to reach me.
When it finally arrived there was only one blouse. I was rather surprised and the low quality. It also was way too small. I immediately emailed the company but got no response.
Finally, several weeks later, the rest of the order arrived. As I suspected these items also did not fit. I again attempted to reach the company. Finally, after the 30 day limit on refunds/returns, I received an email asking where I had returned the items.
Of course, I had no shipping label and no address to return the items to. I emailed back and finally heard from a Winnie today. She apologized but said they can't refund more than $21, I'm not sure where that figure comes from.
Also that they don't pay for returns and it is prohibitively expensive.
I've finally learned my lesson. No more clothes from Asia.
