I ordered several tops back in February and finally received a portion of my order with the remaining items saying they were shipped and I get an email that says my location couldn’t be found. After trying on all the tops I found them way to small.

I wear a medium and these were like small. In trying to reach the company I told them I need to return everything. Their policy is “sorry” but cancelled orders have to be made within 24 hrs. Of purchase.

How the heck are you suppose to do that. It took weeks before I got my order and they say any orders to be returned after 24 hours you can get a partial refund! Are you kidding me!!!!! Plus a 15% charge to return.

I have never dealt with this issue with other companies. You can’t even get a response to several emails sent to return everything . We are talking $225.00 order.

I’m going to contact BBB . This is so ridiculous.
