Horrible customer service - they need dollar from me to chat with customer service. you have to pay to talk .
i curse myself why did i order from this company without reading the reviews. it was supposed to be a surprise gift for someone. they spoilt everything !! WORST EXPERIENCE .
Update - They contacted me by email within 12 hours after I emailed them.They gave me the tracking number link and informed me that my order is on transit.
I appreciate them for getting back to me with an update. I will update later once I receive my product.
I got the product. The customer service responded to my emails within 24 hours . I gave three stars because the jacket I ordered looks cheaper than the pic shown on the website.
The color is faded than the picture shown . I will not recommend this website to others ; anyways I thank the customer service team for their prompt response to my emails .
